The success of St. Matthias Catholic Academy depends on our strong educational program supported by our relationships with our volunteers and benefactors.
Support
We depend on tuition paying families for a high percentage of our income, but we can never meet our financial obligations without our other streams of revenue.

There are many ways for you to give to St. Matthias Catholic Academy and every gift is tax- deductible to the fullest extent of the law. SMCA is a 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit organization.

BECOME A VOLUNTEER! We have activities, events, and fundraisers throughout the school year as part of our partnership with the Home Academy Association. All volunteers who come in contact with students must be VIRTUS trained and have a completed background check. The school office can assist you with more information. Please call 718-381-8003.
The St. Matthias Educational Foundation is another avenue for donors. This foundation is also a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit that raises funds expressly for the benefit of the students and programs at St. Matthias Catholic Academy.
