Principal's June Message
Dear St. Matthias Community,
'.he year went by so quickly. It feels like September 6th was just yesterday, and yet I feel like 1 ve known you for years. It has been a year that we will not soon forget. We shared laughter, and we shared tears, but in the end we stuck together.
We still have a couple of weeks to go, so we need everyone to continue to work hard to the end. We have trips, dances, Regents, step-ups, graduation, and end of year celebrations. Please pay very close attention to announcements, parent notifications, and to your child's folder so that nothing is missed.
Please make sure you let the office know where your child(ren) will be attending next year so that records may be forwarded. The school office will remain open until July 15, but beginning June 24th, summer hours Monday -Thursday BAM-11 AM will be in effect.
I am grateful for the opportunity to serve as your Principal. No matter where we all end up, my hope is that the foundation established here will continue to pay dividends for years to come. I will pray for all of you, and it is my hope that you will pray for me as well. You will always hold a special place in my heart. I wish you all the best!
Sincerely,
Keri-Ann Wade-Donohue
