INCENTIVE PROGRAM

St. Matthias Catholic Academy is a diverse, child-centered Catholic elementary school that proudly serves the Ridgewood/Glendale community. As such, we continually strive to open our doors to all families in our community who desire a safe and vigorous learning environment for their children.

In order to reach as many families as possible, we are pleased to offer an incentive – in the form of tuition discounts – to those families who refer another family to St. Matthias Catholic Academy.

A TUITION CREDIT OF $500 WILL BE AWARDED TO THE REFERRING FAMILY (“FINDERS”) AS WELL AS THE NEW REFERRED FAMILY.

In order for the tuition credit to be recognized, the finders must complete the Tuition Incentive Referral Form, which the family being referred must sign in order to acknowledge the referral. The new family must remain in St. Matthias Catholic Academy through June of the coming school year.

Additional program details:

  • No tuition credit will be awarded for new students prior to the new school year.

  • New students must be from different households than the finders.

  • In order for a credit to be paid, the incoming student must remain in good standing academically, behaviorally, and financially throughout the upcoming school year.

  • Only one referring student family may receive tuition credit for a new student / family. Multiple families/students cannot “jointly” refer a new student / family.

  • CREDIT WILL BE APPLIED TO THE TUITION BILL FOR THE LAST TUITION PAYMENT OF THE YEAR.

  • A one time credit will be given to a finder for a specific student only upon a new student’s original enrollment and first year of attendance at St. Matthias Catholic Academy. Recurring registration for additional school years will not be eligible for tuition credit.

  • This policy will be reviewed annually by St. Matthias Catholic Academy leadership in conjunction with the Finance Council, which will have the final decision in unique cases.
