Principal's April Message

Dear Families,

As we approach the holiest week on the Christian calendar, let us prepare ourselves for the Resurrection and reflect on how we might best serve our Lord. I wish all a Happy Easter season!

When we return from break, Spring will be in full swing, and the end of the year will be upon us before we know it. We are busy preparing for religious, as well as academic, rites of passage. We look forward to celebrating the sacraments of Reconciliation and First Holy Communion with our second graders. As our eighth graders approach their graduation, there are many opportunities for us to celebrate them and their accomplishments. We are also busy reviewing for State exams, iReady end of year diagnostics, and, in some cases, Regents exams.

With all of the Spring events that are planned, we could use all the help we can get. There are a number of families that are still short on required volunteer hours. Please consider assisting with one of our upcoming events to satisfy your obligation. We will need help with setting up for Radio Bingo, the 200 Club event, and our play, The Enchanted Bookshop. We will need props designed, playbills folded, raffles sold, and more. Some hours could be satisfied from the comfort of your home. Please reach out to Ms. Baez to signup to help.

Thank you for all that you do for our school. Let us continue to work together for the good of our students!

Yours Truly,

Keri-Ann Wade-Donohue

Principal
